Mr. Estey is a Sr. Performance Improvement Specialist at Lucas and sits on the National Board of Directors of the Community of Human and Organizational Learning. He is a Human Performance Improvement practitioner, Operational Readiness review lead analyst, conference presenter, instructional designer- responsibilities include design, development and delivery of #training, preventative action planning, on-site evaluation and analysis of work planning and execution processes, leadership and supervision training, Human Performance Improvement and Conduct of Operations training and mentoring.
Lucas is headquartered in Richland, Washington with the majority of our multi-discipline staff located there. Since its founding in 1994 Lucas has offered a broad array of engineering, project delivery, radiological and environmental, and operations services to the nuclear, environmental, and commercial industrial business sectors.
